Title:
  Right side of screen sucks!

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  the right half of screen shows eg vs code, but when I want to press
  code run buton, it click on another program which is open in back of
  vscode or nothing is open, it clicks on desktop. totally everything
  except the top app that I'm working on.

  this happened to me after upgrading to 24.04 from 23.04
