[Bug 2069815] Re: tests/system/test_apport_retrace.py fails on non-amd64

test_retrace_jammy_sandbox and test_retrace_jammy_sandbox_gdb_sandbox
operate on a crash file of an amd64 binary. It's expected that they to
not work. Apport should check the architecture and complain instead of
trying to retrace them.
