A ppc64el enabled .NET source package got uploaded for Ubuntu 24.10
(oracular) to the Ubuntu archive yesterday. See:

We are waiting for the Launchpad team to enable the bootstrapping PPA
which will trigger building the binaries.

  This is a bug to track adding the feature of .NET 8 to Ubuntu 24.04

  - This has already been added for s390x
  - Customer survey showed strong interest in .NET on Linux on Power, having .NET on Ubuntu on Power will help in adoption of .NET on Power as well as pushing Ubuntu for Power.
