Your log shows errors such as:

This indicates a problem with your install media, not likely a failing
USB stick or a bad connection.  You can try copying the Ubuntu install
image to the install media again to see if that fixes the problem, but
you should probably use different install media.

In either case, this does not represent a bug in Ubuntu.

  my laptop is HP which meets all requirement for installation. i am
  trying install ubuntu via pendrive. but installation of ubuntu is not
  successfull i dont why is that , in the middle of installation its
  throwing installer crashed. how to solve the issues
