export DEB_BUILD_PROFILES=nocross
apt build-dep gcc-13
installs gcc-multilib, gnat-13, gdc-13, and 21 more lib32... & etc.

These should be installed for cross, not norcross
 Version noble 13.2.0-4ubuntu3
