The Ubuntu Error Tracker has been receiving reports about a problem regarding subiquity. This problem was most recently seen with package version 5573, the problem page at https://errors.ubuntu.com/problem/afe2ed6d0d0383c14e870ffb88887ec8b887a83f contains more details, including versions of packages affected, stacktrace or traceback, and individual crash reports.
