  Apturl not practical enough doesnt find speech-dispatcher in Discover
  package manager

Status in apturl package in Ubuntu:
  New
Status in plasma-discover package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Firefox on https://www.speedtest.net/ warns that "Speech dispatcher" isnt installed if insterested
  But installing takes too much steps

  Warning gives link to learn more
  And has instructions

  Base user wont know how to use terminal
  For that is apturl

  https://help.ubuntu.com/community/AptURL
  apt url written in this help says liink needs to be apt:packaganame
  Is that correct?

  BUT if i make <a class="apt" href="apt:speech-dispatcher">apt:speech-
  dispatcher</a>

  AND if i make test for firefox <a class="apt"
  href="apt:firefox">apt:firefox</a> then also nothing found

  Then it opens out of box Discover package manager on Kubuntu 22.04.3
  but cant find package

  But package exists- if pro terminal user know to open terminal

  In that case it should at least recomend to open terminal with text
  prepended if cant find in Discover app manager.

  UPDATE
  BUT if i make url apt:// then it does search and doesnt find correct app <a class="apt" href="apt://speech-dispatcher">apt://speech-dispatcher</a>

  firefox <a class="apt" href="apt://firefox">apt://firefox</a> then it
  does search and find more then exact package
