Bug description:
  The Canonical Foundations toolchain team for dotnet make a first set of dotnet 8 packages available for s390x in this PPA:
  https://launchpad.net/~mateus-morais/+archive/ubuntu/dotnet8.0.102-s390x
  (it's 2nd stage, not the bootstrap release anymore)

  It is the latest .NET 8 (February) release (8.0.2 runtime / 8.0.102
  SDK).

  Since the IBM Z was the driving force in the initial porting to s390x,
  we would like to get IBM's opinion and feedback.

  The packages are build on and for 'noble', the upcoming Ubuntu 24.04
  LTS.
