Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.

Please note that Ubuntu 18.04 (bionic) reached end-of-standard-support
on May 31, 2023. You should only install supported releases of Ubuntu.

I'm closing this report as being invalid but should you encounter any
problems while installing a supported release please create a new bug
report so that appropriate logs for that release are attached to the new
bug report.
