[Bug 2066370] [NEW] eclipse 2024-03 crashes with SIGSEV

I updated to Kubuntu 24.04 today and my Eclipse (downloaded manually,
not installed via apt) is now constantly crashing within a couple of
minutes of launch. Here's example output when starting eclipse from the
shell:

eclipse -clean
