[Bug 2066903] [NEW] Noble+ no longer seed LXD snap so this does not need to be installed when running unminimize

Public bug reported:

The LXD snap is no longer seeded in non minimal images since Noble+ so
the unminimize logic related to LXD snap @
https://git.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unminimize/tree/unminimize?h=applied/ubuntu/noble#n108
is no longer required.

lxd-installer can remain installed.

This applies for Noble+ so requires SRU back to Noble
