[Bug 2067616] [NEW] no notification for available software updates

in 'Software & Updates' 'Updates' '...check for updates' I have 'Daily' and for '...other updates' I have 'Display immediately'  
now from 'sudo apt update' I see a lot of updates available 
BUT I don't see notification about
