The error message had the following text:
installed grub-efi-amd64-signed package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 32

The installer recommended sending a bug report.

2) Running the command gave a message N: Unable to locate package

3) Upgrade to 24.04 without errors

4) Ran into errors trying to upgrade to 24.04
