[Bug 2088050] Re: GRUB rebuilds unbootable on ppc64el

Rebuilding plucky GRUB in Oracular results in the same crash... this is
somehow (weirdly) caused by the GRUB El Torito image being built as part
of GRUB... I just wish i knew why.

  Built itself succeeds but the resulting GRUB seems to not boot on
  ppc64el.

  Seems like this is due to some toolchain change.
