Bug description:
  Sourced images from: https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-
  server/noble/daily-live/current/

  These images contain:
  gcc-14-base:amd64 14.2.0-4ubuntu2~24.04

  This breaks the meta package build-essential due to dependency chains.
  All packages seem to still be pointing to the previous version of the
  package and fail to resolve dependency chains.
