Also ( I put in the output of apt-cache policy pkgname instead of apt in 
the bug report)

I was also trying to install xdiagnose but then I found I was not using 
X so I used "sudo aqpt remove xdiagnose" which I think worked because 
sudo apt upgrade did not show xdiagnose for installation.

Are you asking me to do the following?

sudo apt-get autoremove -s -o 
/home/paul/Documents/Ubuntu20.04/BugReport.edsp
