5.15.0-56 throws out of memory during load

Status in initramfs-tools package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
After upgrade to initramfs-tools-bin 0.140ubuntu13.1 with kernel
5.15.0-56 throws "out of memory" during load of system.

  PC: ROG Strix G733ZX
  OS: Linux Mint 21
Video: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Laptop GPU
  Nvidia driver: 515.86.01-0ubuntu0.22.04.1
  Kernel: kernel 5.15.0-56

  Nuance 1.
If I go to BIOS and select option "DVMT Pre-Allocated" from 64M to 32M it start boot without issues.

Description of "DVMT Pre-Allocated": DVMT 5.0 Pre-Allocated (Fixed)
Graphics Memory size used by the Internal Graphics Device.

  Nuance 2.
With kernel 5.15.0-41-generic all works good. With kernel 53 and 56 not works e.g. "out of memory" error.
