You'll want to back up your database, remove postgres, upgrade, and
install a Postgres supported in 24.04. Note that you have several very
outdated postgres installed such as 9.5 which have not been included in
a release for a long time.

  Erreur pour mise à niveau nouvelle version LTS

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  J'ai un rapport d'erreur lors de la tentative de mise à niveau de la version 22.04.4 LTS (64 bits version gnome 42.9) vers la nouvelle version LTS. Donc impossible de procéder à la mise à niveau.
  Elle a été interrompue et j'ai reçu le message suivant dès l'arrêt de la tentative de mise à niveau :
   
  "Un problème insoluble est survenu lors du calcul de la mise à niveau.

   Le paquet « postgresql-9.5 » est marqué pour suppression mais il est
  dans la liste de refus de suppression.

  Si rien de tout cela ne s'applique, signalez ce bogue à l'aide de la
  commande :

  ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release-upgrader-core"

  Je suis incapable de pouvoir vous fournir plus d'information, cela
  dépasse mes compétences informatique.
