  Upgrade to Oracular requires snaps changes

Bug description:
  There has been a bunch of changes in the desktop seeded snaps in
  Oracular, the release upgrader needs to be updated to be consistent

  newly seeded
  - core24
  - desktop-security-center	1/stable/ubuntu-24.10	
  - gnome-46-2404	stable/ubuntu-24.10
  - mesa-2404	stable/ubuntu-24.10
  - prompting-client	1/stable/ubuntu-24.10	

  channel change
  - firefox stable to stable/ubuntu-24.10
  - thunderbird stable to stable/ubuntu-24.10
  - snapd-desktop-integration stable to stable/ubuntu-24.10	

  not seeded anymore
  - gnome-42-2204

  The desktop-security-center and prompting-client are specific to the
  desktop image, the other changes probably impact the other flavors
