Ubuntu 14.10 (utopic) reached end-of-life on July 23, 2015.

Bug description:
  After upgrade from 14.04 I restarted laptop and noticed that I am still running 3.13 kernel.
  Then tried 
  sudo apt-get -V install linux-generic linux-image-generic linux-headers-generic
