I am assuming that this is due to the /boot partition on the Raspberry
Pi being Fat16 and not supporting hardlinks. Use a copy instead?
Keeps trying to complete every time I run apt-get.

I used these instructions ( https://ubuntu-mate.community/t/how-to-
get-ubuntu-mate-18-04-up-on-raspberry-pi-4/20049 ) and then upgraded
some packages to eoan.
