Title:
Cryptsetup/LVM should not complain about missing crypopts option

Status in initramfs-tools package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
The Message: "cryptsetup: lvm fs found but no lvm configured" should not come up anymore, when not have any cmdline_cryptopts=
  in our kernel parameters.

Setting up a lvm2 volume group, also for crypted volumes, is a job of
  udev now, by my understanding!
