You have installed a backport of python3.3.12.6-1+jammy1), that is
higher than the 3.12.3 version in noble, as such it is not possible to
upgrade the system:

    libpython3.12t64:amd64 Depends on libpython3.12-stdlib:amd64 <
3.12.6-1+jammy1 @ii mK > (= 3.12.3-1ubuntu0.2) can't be satisfied!

Please uninstall python3.12 and try again
