Can someone other than me please test install Ubuntu 24.10 in Norwegian bokmål as soon as possible to verify that it is not only me that have this problem? 
So Ubuntu does not have to postpone/delay the final release without reason..

I know upgrade from 24.04 LTS is working without problems on the same PC
