Public bug reported:

I think that this a Gnome creation which is badly applied in Ubuntu.
And I'm reluctant to remove it I do not have any key-rings that I know
of. How should I fix this? This bug occurred after a reinstall of
Ubuntu Focal which gave me a real hassle with pack manager and I think
that this somehow related.
