That's expected since we now have signed kernel modules for nvidia, I
filed a bug against the test case during previous releases. Marking as
duplicate.

Title:
  No 'Configure secure boot' screen is displayed

Status in subiquity package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Many testcases final oracular-desktop-amd64.iso include the step:

  > Click on 'Continue'
  >    The 'Configure secure boot' screen is displayed

  I double checked that secure boot is enabled, but no 'Configure secure
  boot' screen is displayed during the installation. I even rebooted
  just to check that I haven't missed it. Other than that, the
  installation proceeded normally.
