Thank you for the bug report. From your logs, I see:

Could not execute systemctl:  at /usr/bin/deb-systemd-invoke line 148.

This may be due to something like a port conflict. Are you currently running anything else on port 22?
To help determine the issue, would you be able to check the output of 

journalctl -u ssh
