Public bug reported:
In my first attempt to upgrade I got pointed out about ppa's, which I
whould have to remove.
I ran "apt policy"
following the output, I commented out the lines in the following files:
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/nodesource.list
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/docker.list
I rebooted
I ran "apt policy" again, it only showed ubuntu entries.
Ubuntu Release updates still failed.
That's when I followied the suggestion on the CLI-Update-Tool and created this bug report.
