Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.
According to the bug description you're trying to install Lubuntu 18.04
and not 22.04.
Ubuntu 18.04 (bionic) reached end-of-standard-support on May 31, 2023
but the Lubuntu flavour became "end of life" some two years earlier.
Additionally there are no longer any 32-bit releases of Ubuntu or its
flavours.
We can only accept bug reports for supported releases so I'm closing
this bug report as 'Invalid'.
