  * The following solves (LP: #2077055):
    - Add d/p/discard-note-package-in-lds-files-to-solve-linker-error.patch
      to fix a linker issue that started to happen on oracular builds.
    - Add d/p/fix-unnecessary-qualification-error-in-ffi-rs-.patch
      to solve a Rust compile error.

Bug description:
  We are asking to upgrade s390-tools to the upcoming v2.34.0 (for
  kernel 6.10)

  We expect the new s390-tools version 2.34 to be released end of July /
  first week of August.
