Can u-r-u please warn user on upgrade about the removal of this package?

I'm not sure if there's a fool-proof way to determine that a user will
be impacted by this package, and the risk of uninstalling it
automatically could cause the system to not boot.

Therefore, I'd rather play it safe and have a block during the upgrade
that explicitly requires a "yes" from the user if dmraid is installed. I
don't have strong opinions on this though if the upgrade team has
another strong opinion.

I am working on the release notes now.

Bug description:
  https://bugs.debian.org/1056944

  From Debian bug:
  RoQA; obsolete; dead upstream
"as discussed in bugs #864423 and #1034188, dmraid is obsolete and shall
  not be shipped in trixie.
  "

the delta for Ubuntu was related to kpartx-boot, now removed from multipath-tools
  https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/multipath-tools/0.9.9-1ubuntu1

I uploaded a dmraid without that delta to ease removal of NBS kpartx-
  boot
