Thanks, that's because we kept the dimension of the asset but the
horizontal layout leads to a reduced height. We could use the same
height and increase the width for plymouth but that might not be doable
in other places without having a negative impact on the layout (e.g the
installer where the first page has logo on the left and languages list
on the right).

  The Ubuntu 20 YEARS logo looks tiny in oracular. It appears to have
  been rendered at half height, when it should be rendered at full
  height and double width compared to the old logo.
