I do not believe there is anything substantially different here vs

but this one is probably the better reproducer than that bug.

Bug description:
  Upgrades failing with a lot of:
  "Failed to find a replacement..."

  I've attached all of the relevant logs - the offending-packages file
  is all of the packages that are "Failed to find"
