[Bug 2080197] [NEW] Applications does not save their expanded status afer upgrade Ununtu 22.04.3->24.04.1

After upgrade from Ubuntu 22.04.3 to 24.04.1 I noticed, that some applications does not save their expanded status and always runs windowed. Examples are:
- VS Code
- GitKraken
- DBeaver (portable nojdk archive like that: https://github.com/dbeaver/dbeaver/releases/download/24.2.0/dbeaver-ce-24.2.0-linux.gtk.x86_64-nojdk.tar.gz)
- evince (I already reported that problem here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evince/+bug/1795649/comments/2)
