  * The package-lists for tasks are shell lines, so to remove the unwanted
    packages, we need to be a bit more creative.
  * Remove the late hook that was removing v4l2loopback packages - as those
    are no longer installed in the first place.

Bug description:
  [Impact]

  Studio builds are failing, because they try to install v4l2loopback-
  dkms which is deprecated and actually no longer seeded by studio.
  Since livecd-rootfs installs packages via tasks, not seeds directly,
  the package is still being pulled in and fails to build with latest
  kernels.

  We need this fixed for 22.04.5.

  Make sure studio images build again.

  Only build failure.
