Status in openjdk-lts package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  In 2018 a windows executable file was commited[1] in openjdk-11 to set up permissions for windows-specific part of jmxremote test suite. 
  It would be good to remove it from the original tarball as it is now being warned by lintian:
