/efi/Microsoft/Boot/bootmgfwceshi.efi was copied from /efi/Microsoft/Boot/bootmgfw.efi.
I replaced /efi/Microsoft/Boot/bootmgfw.efi with the shimx64.efi file.
The attached file contains the debug information.

Bug description:
  I am using Shim 15.8 in combination with GRUB2.12. One of the GRUB
  menu items, chainloader /efi/Microsoft/Boot/bootmgfw.efi, fails to
  boot, while it works correctly with GRUB2.06. Below is a screenshot of
  the error.
