Later, I found the Nautilus is also missing. I went through the apt log
and it turned out the main problem was I didn't read the the apt
proposition carefully. Anyway, I think the installation of the fuse
package shouldn't remove core Ubuntu packages:

  The `gdm3` stops loading.

  New

Bug description:
  After installing the `fuse` package, the GUI did not start on the next
  start. Purging and reinstalling the `gdm3` package solved the problem.
  The `gdm3` removed the `fuse` package.
