Hey Aristo Chen,

I believe this is a duplicate of LP: #2064322. There is a fix in
latest/edge. Would you mind testing it and report if this is fixing the
issue in your use case or not?

  When using u-i tool(latest/stable, revision 871) to build
  classic(Jammy or Noble) image, the GPT table of the image seems to be
  somehow corrupted, and some files may be deleted on first boot when
  resizing the partition
