[Bug 2080867] [NEW] An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade. (from 22.04 to 24.04.1)

I can't tell from /var/log/dist-upgrade/main.log or apt.log what the
offending packages are or why they might be.

main.log says I have held broken packages, but I don't have any held
packages at all, as far as I can tell.

`$ apt-mark showhold` shows nothing.

In apt.log, I see a lot of broken issues with xserver-xorg-xvideo* but
that'd surprise me since I don't think I did anything with those
packages after a clean install.
