[Bug 2081183] [NEW] Include all installed dracut packages in Apport bug reports

Public bug reported:

Bug reports from Apport do not include the list of installed packages
that ship dracut modules. Following packages should be mentioned if
installed:

* dracut-live
* dracut-network
* clevis-dracut
* zfs-dracut

Or alternatively list all additional modules in
/usr/lib/dracut/modules.d

See bug #2081172 as example where the initial report did not tell that
dracut-network was installed.
