Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. The relevant dpkg terminal log says:

update-initramfs: Generating /boot/initrd.img-5.4.0-60-generic
cp: error writing '/var/tmp/mkinitramfs_mOyKD6//usr/lib/firmware/netronome/nic/nic_AMDA0099-0001_1x10_1x25.nffw': No space left on device

So generating the initramfs fails because your /var/tmp partition is
full. Please increase the size of the /var/tmp mountpoint. Feel free to
continue to report any other bugs you may find.
