Public bug reported:

tsugu at tsugu-ThinkCentre-M83:~$ sudo apt remove libfuse2
[sudo] password for tsugu:

The following packages were automatically installed and are no longer required:
  libabw-0.1-1 libappstream-glib8 libboost-filesystem1.74.0
  libboost-iostreams1.74.0 libboost-locale1.74.0 libboost-thread1.74.0
  libcdr-0.1-1 libclucene-contribs1v5 libclucene-core1v5 libcolamd2

  libwpebackend-fdo-1.0-1 libwpg-0.3-3 libwps-0.4-4 libxmlsec1 libxmlsec1-nss
  libyajl2 lp-solve uno-libs-private ure
Use 'sudo apt autoremove' to remove them.
The following packages will be REMOVED:
  flatpak libfuse2
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 2 to remove and 1 not upgraded.
After this operation, 5.266 kB disk space will be freed.
Do you want to continue? [Y/n]

I believe Flatpak does not need libfuse2 to function, so this seems like
a bug. I was trying to remove libfuse2 to check whether a specific
AppImage would run without it, and encountered this behavior.

apt 2.4.13
Ubuntu 22.04
