Erich, how can I send this bug report to Ubuntu Studio?

Some of these installs are on my Proxmox server with just the installed
image, ie. No PPA's were installed, but the same error message appears.

Bug description:
  I have had this same problem on multiple pc's. 
  This one is my daily driver. The upgrade was using the Distribution GUI upgrader on this pc, but on other pc's (all with Ubuntu Studio OS 22.04.5) it was either the GUI or the Command line with do-release-upgrade.
