Ubuntu better. The relevant dpkg terminal log says:

sync: error syncing '/boot/initrd.img-6.8.0-45-generic': Input/output
error

This indicates that there is a problem with your hard disk.  You can
retry the update by running:

sudo apt-get install -f

I recommend performing a back up and then investigating the situation.
In the event that is is not in fact an error with your hardware please
set the bug's status back to New.  Thanks and good luck!
