Public bug reported:
Version: 2.12-5ubuntu5
I am using /usr/lib/grub/riscv64-efi/monolithic/grubriscv64.efi from the
Oracular release.
When executing `linux, initrd, device-tree, boot` I saw an error
"error: cannot load image."
in the GRUB console.
I enabled debug=all and then it showed more:
loader/efi/peimage.c:829:peimage: cannot load multiple images
error: cannot load image.
Please, do not expect a normal user to know about the debug variable.
The message in /efi/peimage.c should be displayed without debug=peimage.
Please, reconsider debian/patches/peimage-fixup-grub_error-
grub_dprintf.patch. In most of the cases we should keep grub_error.
I do not understand why we error out if the linux command is executed
multiple times. I would expect only the last binary to be loaded and
executed.
Best regards
Heinrich
