Title:
[p-m] FTBFS on all arches due to CMake dependency limit

Status in bpftrace package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
The version in plucky-proposed rebuilt against llvm-20 FTBFS with the
  following CMake error:

  CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:155 (message):
Unsupported LLVM version found via /usr/lib/llvm-20/include: 20

  CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:156 (message):
Only versions between 6 and 19 are supported

A starting point would be to test a build with a bump to 20, but I
suspect it will need more than that.
