Public bug reported:

The libcamera stack on the Raspberry Pi requires that the user have
read/write access to /dev/dma_heap/linux,cma to allocate streaming
buffers. After discussion with the kernel team there shouldn't be any
issue with granting this access via the udev uaccess mechanism.
