Still no resolution on an up-to-date 24.04 LTS server system after
removal and reinstall of sqlite3.

** Description changed:

- When installing libsqlite3, there is no symlink included for
- libsqlite3.so ==> libsqlite3.so.0.8.6
+ When installing sqlite3, there is no symlink included for libsqlite3.so
+ ==> libsqlite3.so.0.8.6
  
  User must create the symlink manually for most programs to be able to
  access the library.
