[Bug 2106310] [NEW] apt install gitweb does not create /usr/share/gitweb

I wanted to install the package `gitweb`

After `apt install --reinstall gitweb`

The directory '/usr/share/gitweb' still doe snot exist.

In usr/lib/cgi-bin, the is a link like this:
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root   29 Jan 13 20:51 gitweb.cgi -> ../../share/gitweb/gitweb.cgi

But 'share' folder is missing....
